CDA Business Academy is a 16-week, virtual education program designed for emerging and rising leaders in the convenience products distribution industry. The program's curriculum equips participants with the tools for organization-wide leadership, mastering people management, and demystifying the financials. For the full curriculum, click here.

This transformative experience offers our members a solution that strengthens their leadership team and directly improves their bottom line. The eLearning experience consists of a self-paced online course with live interactive sessions led by facilitators and industry experts (click here for more information about them). The program encourages networking and collaboration among participants through group discussions and smaller breakout conversations.

  • Dates: Every third Thursday from the start date, August 20 – December 3
    • Session Dates: Aug. 20, Sept. 10, Oct. 1, Oct. 22, Nov. 12, Dec. 3
  • Times: 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm ET via Zoom
