After much thoughtful deliberation, CDA leadership has determined that it is in the best interest of the association and CDA members for CDBX to be hosted virtually. Our members’ health and safety are our priority, and we are committed to delivering the business meetings you count on every year in a new virtual format. The virtual event will still take place September 21-24, 2020, and participants still have the opportunity for up to 30 TOP-TO-TOP virtual meetings per team. The registration deadline has been extended to June 19.

We are excited to continue to utilize the same MeetMax software for meeting matching that we have used for several years. The actual meetings will take place by clicking a link on your schedule to join the virtual meeting room. It’s that easy! Plus, it’s user-friendly and secure. Meeting attendees can access video and screen-sharing, along with web-based audio via a desktop app or a browser-based client with no software needing to be installed. Attendees may also choose to dial in for audio instead. Don’t worry, we’re here to help you every step of the way.

While we will miss seeing everyone in person this year, we look forward to productive meetings and the great conversations that CDBX always brings.
