When will suppliers receive their supplier kits?

When does company registration for CDBX close?
Registration for companies closes on Friday, April 17, 2026.
When does the rating and ranking of teams open?
Rating and Ranking opens in the MeetMax platform on June 1. Teams can log in to MeetMax from June 1 - June 12 to complete rating and ranking.
If I rate and rank early, does that increase my priority in the meeting matching process?
No, submitting your team’s rating and ranking June 1 vs June 12 does not change the way meetings will be assigned. The system does not begin meeting matching until ranking is complete and closed. I.e., logging in to rate and rank on June 1 vs June 12 does not affect the priority in which your company is matched.
When will team schedules be available?
Team schedules will be emailed to all team lead contacts the week of July 13.
Our company is a CDBX sponsor, when are digital assets and print ads due?
- All digit assets and print ads are due July 10.
- Specs for print ads are the same as the magazine and may be found here.
- Please email all digital assets and print ads to Jenn Finn.
How can I make changes to the staff we are sending to CDBX?

When is the deadline for attendee names to be included in CDBX on-site materials?
The deadline for attendee names to be included in CDBX on-site materials is August 3. Attendees added after August 3 will be shared via email shortly before CDBX.
When does the Hotel group rate end?
The deadline to reserve a room at the Group Rate at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa is Monday, August 24, 2026. After August 24, rates and availability are not guaranteed.
