Distributor Registration

Registration deadline is April 17, 2026.

By registering for CDBX, member distributor company agrees that registered on-site participants will include president/CEO, division/department heads, senior executives and/or applicable personnel.

Registration Fees:
Registration is $995 per distribution company regardless of the number of teams or team members you have.

Guest Registration:
Please contact eventsupport@cdaweb.net. Permitted guests include spouses, significant others, or immediate family members.

Cancellation Policy:
Requests for cancellation/refund must be received at CDA by June 12, 2026. No refunds will be given for cancellations made on or after June 13, 2026. Cancellations made after deadline will be charged the published registration fees of $995 per company.

Membership Policy:
CDBX participation is limited to CDA members in good standing.

Key Dates and Deadlines:
April 17: Registration and payment deadline.
June 1: MeetMax system opens to rate and rank distributor teams.
June 12: Deadline to complete rating and ranking process.
July 13: Week of July 13, meeting schedule distributed to Team Lead Contact—begin planning agendas.
Sept. 14: Business exchange meetings begin!


Supplier Registration

Supplier participation at CDBX is limited and by invitation-only. Invited suppliers receive the CDBX brochure and registration information directly from CDA.

  • CDA membership and exhibitor status at Convenience Distribution Marketplace 2026 are required to be considered for invitation to CDBX.
  • All CDBX applications are subject to final CDA approval.
