Waitlist Requests
If you would like to be added to a waitlist, please email your name, arrival, and departure dates to Marie Fredlake. We will do our best to accommodate attendees, however the waitlist and group rate are not guaranteed. We recommend securing a reservation at an alternate hotel with a flexible cancellation policy.
Cancelling or Modifying Existing Reservations
To cancel your reservation at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa please contact Marie Fredlake directly.
Reservations are subject to the standard cancellation policy of 48-hours.
Guests who notify the Resort prior to the cancellation window will not be charged.
Guests who notify the Resort within the cancellation window or do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be charged one night’s room rate with tax.
