CDA member JUUL Labs Inc. has released the Juul C1, an e-cigarette that will monitor when users are vaping. The product, which has been introduced in Canada and the United Kingdom, also connects to facial recognition software in order to verify the user's age in order to deter vaping by underage consumers.
