TreeHouse Foods to Sell Snacks Division

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. announced this week that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell their snacks division to Atlas Holdings, LLC. TreeHouse Foods’ snacks division is a major player in the nuts and trail mix categories, manufacturing both private label and branded product lines. For full details, see the press release.
