How does Digital Key work?
If you’d like to access the Hilton's Contactless Experience, download the Hilton Honors app on the App Store or Google Play. After you check in and choose your room on the app, you can opt to have a Digital Key to use during your stay. Once your room is ready on the day of your arrival, you'll receive a push notification to your smartphone that the key has been delivered. It will then be available in your Hilton Honors app until you check out.
From there, use it to open any door you'd normally access with a regular key. This includes your room, elevators, side doors, the fitness center and even the parking garage. To use on property, open the Hilton Honors app, and when you're within a few feet of a door, simply push the button to unlock.
Digital Keys only work on the device it was initially requested on. If you bought a new device and can no longer access your Digital Key, please go to the front desk for assistance. Once the current Digital Key has been disabled, you'll be able to re-request the Digital Key on your new device.
