Ross Haynes is the Vice President and General Manager of Hardec's Wholesale Distributing in Elizabethtown, KY. He is currently the President of the Kentucky Wholesale Distributors Association and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Convenience Distribution Association. Additionally, he is a Vice President and Executive Board Member of the Southern Association of Wholesale Distributors, and the Region IX representative on the Peer Marketing Associates Board.

Ross co-chairs the Government Affairs Committee for the Convenience Distribution Association and previously chaired the Government Affairs committee for the Southern Association of Wholesale Distributors from 2022-2024. His contributions in the legislative area have been recognized with the Legislative Award in Kentucky in both 2022 and 2023. In 2024, the Southern Association of Wholesale Distributors presented him with the Liberty Award for his significant impact on the industry's legislative efforts. Before taking over at Hardec's in 2020, Ross worked in the tobacco industry for over twenty years.

Ross graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing. He is a lifetime member of the WKU Alumni Association, and a member of the Hilltopper Athletic Foundation and the Cupola Society.
