Joe Pawlak is the Managing Principal of Technomic’s advisory group, which consists of subject matter experts in a variety of food and related industry disciplines. Joe specifically focuses on industry trend and channel analysis; market metric and forecast modeling; and implications of these on client companies. In his 30+ years at Technomic, he has worked for wide variety of organizations, from Fortune 50 companies to small, family-owned businesses.
Joe presents at numerous food industry events for manufacturers, distributors, trade associations, financial institutions and restaurant chains and is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry conferences. His views have appeared in national press outlets including CNN, CBS, Fox Business and CNBC, The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times, to name a few.
