CDA Welcomes New Member: Black Buffalo Inc.

Black Buffalo is a modern oral nicotine in moist smokeless form (MST), enabling adult consumers to enjoy the ritual and experience of MST without the harmful materials found in traditional MST products. Black Buffalo comes in both long cut and pouches - including nicotine and nicotine-free (ZERO) versions.

Black Buffalo’s products with nicotine use only tobacco-derived nicotine (and not synthetic nicotine). PMTAs for Black Buffalo’s eight (8) nicotine-containing products were filed timely with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in September 2020, and were commercially available for sale prior to Aug. 8, 2016.
