House Members Introduce Bipartisan Legislation to Bring Regulatory Clarity to Hemp-derived Beverages

On Aug. 10, 2026, Reps. Beth Van Duyne (R-TX) and Greg Landsman (D-OH) introduced the Beverage Regulatory Parity Act.
