Wyden Opens Senate Inquiry Into Trump Administration's Vaping and Kratom Actions

On Aug. 3, 2026, Senate Finance Committee Ranking Member Ron Wyden (D-OR) announced that he has opened an investigation into the Trump administration's interactions with Reynolds American, Botanic Tonics and HHS Secretary Robert F.
