Sharing Call: Food Safety
In our Peer-to-Peer sharing call on Food Safety, we heard from two experts in the field, Heidi Wietjes, director, nutrition services for Cash-Wa Distributing, and Greg Cassens, food safety manager with Dot Foods, Inc., as they gave us a short update on the latest in food regulation. Then, the floor was opened for attendees to share their questions and challenges with these experts and their peers in this open and engaging forum!
