Kristin Klemenhagen has been in foodservice-related positions across Minnesota for the last 32 years. She has been with Henry’s Foods for nine years as their branded concepts and culinary coordinator. She also serves as a Servsafe instructor and proctor, which has given her the opportunity to focus on all the things she loves about foodservice, and most of all has provided opportunities to take part in making Henry’s Foods operators the best that they can be. Her expertise includes ideation and finding the right fit for various customers, food costing, training, menu development and menu board layouts.
