CDA Releases Memo on Delta-8 THC

Delta-8 THC has entered the marketplace with some companies marketing it as a legal alternative to delta-9 THC. CDA’s newest memo, “Delta-8 THC: What Is It and Is It Legal?” provides more information for CDA members. This memorandum, prepared by Lange Kim & Dowell LLP, is accurate as of Oct. 1, 2020. As federal and state cannabis laws frequently are modified and in flux, it is important to consult an attorney to obtain specific legal advice and the most recent up-to-date information.
