FDA Announces New Web Portal for Pre-Market Application Submission

On Dec. 3, 2025, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) launched new versions of the agency’s primary forms for tobacco product manufacturers to submit or amend Premarket Tobacco Product Applications (PMTAs) and Substantial Equivalence (SE) reports. The new application forms can be found on the CTP Portal Next Generation  (CTP Portal NextGen) web portal. The CTP Portal NextGen is a new and improved web portal for submitting tobacco product applications electronically. Read more here.
