Southco Distributing Co. to Acquire Home Folks Wholesale

Southco Distributing Co., Goldsboro, NC, has entered into an agreement to acquire Home Folks Wholesale, Augusta, GA. “We are excited to add Home Folks as our second distribution center," said John Garver, president, Southco Distributing Co.
