Contact Your Elected Officials to Oppose FET Increases
As high-level negotiations on the overall cost and scope of the “Build Back Better Act” continue, CDA understands that part of that negotiation is over whether an increase in the federal excise tax (FET) on tobacco/cigarettes and vapor products will be included.
