Fight Over Supreme Court Upends Fall Senate Schedule

As America marks the death of Supreme Court Justice Ginsburg, the Senate faces a new obstacle in confirming her replacement. The President has said he will nominate a replacement this weekend, and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says the Senate intends to hold hearings and vote on the nominee prior to the election.
