FDA Announces Tobacco Compliance Webinars

This week, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced the publication of a series of “Tobacco Product Compliance Policy Updates” webinars. The webinars provide updates for importers and manufacturers on enforcement priorities for electronic nicotine delivery system (ENDS) and other deemed tobacco products, and the Sept. 9, 2020 application deadline for deemed new tobacco products.
