The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has developed an online education module to help the industry, regulators and consumers understand the menu labeling regulations. The module describes what types of establishments and types of foods are covered by the menu labeling regulations and how to comply with the regulations.
The Convenience Distribution Association (CDA) is the trade organization working on behalf of convenience products distributors in the United States. Its distributor members represent more than $92 billion in U.S convenience product sales, serving a wide variety of small retail formats.
