FDA Online Education and Training Module on Menu Labeling
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has developed an online education module to help the industry, regulators and consumers understand the menu labeling regulations. The module describes what types of establishments and types of foods are covered by the menu labeling regulations and how to comply with the regulations.
