Trump Pitches Tax Plan to Truckers in Deep Red Pennsylvania
On Wednesday, Pres. Trump travelled to Pennsylvania to pitch the nation’s truckers on the benefits of his tax plan. There has been some concern that the President’s continuing spat with retiring Sen. Bob Corker would hinder his ability to get tax reform through the Senate. We are a long way from a bill, but the President continues to make his case for his plan to lower rates and will also tout the provision that gives companies a one-time opportunity to bring back, or “repatriate” income from overseas without penalty.
