Final Effort at ACA Repeal

This week the Senate Finance Committee announced it will hold a hearing on an Obamacare repeal bill introduced in January by Sen. Graham (R-SC) and Sen. Cassidy (R-LA), S. 191, and it appears that the Senate leadership is prepared to bring the bill to a floor vote before the end of the month. This is a last ditch effort to pass the bill through the reconciliation process, under which only a simple majority is needed to pass the bill.
