UniPro Foodservice to Acquire Legacy Foodservice Alliance

UniPro Foodservice has announced it plans to acquire Legacy Foodservice Alliance (Legacy), Richmond, VA, from Legacy Food Group. The partnership is expected to be formalized in Q4 2023 with a January 2024 close. For more details, read the official release.
