As of July 1, 2019, all U.S. Walmart and Sams's Club stores will raise the minimum age to purchase tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, to 21. The Convenience Distribution Association (CDA) is the trade organization working on behalf of convenience products distributors in the United States.
