CDA and Management Science Associates (MSA) are pleased to announce the creation of a new position to support CDA member distributors participating in the InfoMetrics program. Tom Baldwin, MSA product manager, is available at tbaldwin@msa.com or (412) 924-3663 to assist participating CDA member distributors with any questions, comments or concerns regarding the InfoMetrics Program.

As you know, the InfoMetrics Program is a centralized portal for the collection and processing of distributor-to-retail store sales and shipment data from participating distributors. This up-to-date data is provided to participating distributors, enabling them to make fact-based decisions regarding optimum warehouse inventory. Distributors may provide this information to retailer customers, helping them improve sales and profit by making smart product selection and category management decisions.

CDA and MSA are working together closely to provide better support and explanation of the InfoMetrics program to participating distributors. Kimberly Bolin, CDA president and CEO, said, "We've learned that there are basic questions about the program that CDA members have, so we are working collaboratively with MSA to address those needs."
