Campbell Soup Co. Announces Strategic Reorganization

Luca Mignini, Campbell Soup Co.'s current president, global biscuits and snacks, has be named COO. Mignini will continue to oversee the company's global biscuits and snacks portfolio, including the recently created Campbell Snacks unit (the combined Pepperidge Farm and Snyder's-Lance brands), as well as meals and beverages, the U.S. sales organization and the global product development group.
