Menu Labeling Bill Moves through House Committee

CDA’s retail partners have been closely watching an Obama-era rule to mandate menu labeling nationwide. This week a House Committee passed a bill to add flexibility to the law to make the rule workable for convenience, grocery and some restaurants.
