Creating a Data-Driven Management Culture

Presenters: John Garver, Southco Distributing Company and Adam Burke, Nowsight

You are sitting on massive amounts of data--what your customers are buying, backordered SKUs, inventory levels, orders fulfilled in a shift, and more. But much of that data is split between various systems and you need a single source of truth to make data-driven business decisions and to motivate your team. Learn how Southco Distributing Company has developed a data-first leadership culture that has resulted in labor savings, dramatically improved per-account profitability, increased employee engagement, and increased revenues.

At the end of this webinar, viewers will:

  • Understand the importance (and power) of a single source of truth, created by connecting data trapped in their various systems - ERP, inventory, picking, etc.
  • Learn the difference between reporting and real-time analytics
  • See how Southco Distributing Company has improved revenue and profitability based on data they were already collecting, but weren't connecting
  • Walk away with tangible actions to help increase employee engagement and productivity by sharing progress toward goals with the entire team
