Jimmy Rogers, the director of food service for Southco Distributing, has been in the “food” business for 28 years, mainly on the restaurant management side. He switched his focus to the distributor side over six years ago and has been with Southco Distributing for the last four years. He is actively involved in procurement, design, food costing and training.
