Sharon has been with Eby-Brown for 26 years. She currently is the Senior Director of foodservice. She started her career in sales working with retailers where she assisted with wholesale execution of their marketing goals. She then transitioned to merchandising where she has spent the majority of her career.

In her role, she is responsible for managing the convenience foodservice and beverage category and maximizing the profitability in these areas. Sharon works directly with manufacturers on promotional funding, product selection, program creation, and program implementation at retail.

In addition, she leads the internal foodservice team consisting of a category manager, corporate chef, and foodservice managers located at each distribution facility. Sharon directs the strategic insights, product training, and goal execution with this group.

Sharon is active in the convenience and foodservice industry. She contributes regularly for NACS magazine, Convenience Store News, Convenience Store Decisions magazine, and Distribution Channels magazine. Sharon has also been a speaker at United Fresh National Conference, Technomics Foodservice Panel, FARE, and NACS. Sharon has also been named Convenience Store News Magazine's Women of the Year 2016.
