Brian Dorminy is the foodservice director at Lyons Specialty Co. in Port Allen, Louisiana. He helps his customers grow their foodservice business through education of best practices in foodservice management, including the examination of current market trends, budgeting and pricing, as well principles of food safety. Brian is a trained chef with a background in food purchasing, inventory management, as well being making a heckuva Cajun eggs benedict.

Prior to his time in foodservice, Brian worked in finance for many years with such clients as Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, and Goldman Sachs in both the US and UK. This experience along with his culinary training has made Brian a very detailed oriented asset to Lyons as well as their customers.
