Opinion: Questions We Hope OSHA Will Answer in Its Vaccine Mandate Rule

A partner at the law firm Alston & Bird, Charlie Morgan, looks at questions that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is likely grappling with as it finalizes its Covid-19 vaccine emergency temporary standard. One big question, he says, is how the agency will show the proposed “test-out” option for unvaccinated workers would reduce risk to other workers from a grave danger.
