Hostess Brands to Sell Superior Cake Products

CDA member Hostess Brands announced last week that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell Superior Cake Products to Sara Lee Frozen Bakery. Hostess is selling the in-store bakery business it acquired in 2016 in a $65 million cash transaction. For details, see the official release.
