Campbell's Completes the Divestiture of Campbell Fresh Division

This week, Campbell Soup Co. announced it closed the sale of Bolthouse Farms to an affiliate of Butterfly Equity, a private equity firm based in Los Angeles. The sale marks the completion of the divestiture of the company's Campbell Fresh division. For more information, view the full release.
