USPS Issues Guidelines for Mailing CBD

The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) has recently issued guidelines allowing CBD products to be mailed via U.S. mail if the following requirements are met:

  1. Signed self-certification statement
  2. License from state's Department of Agriculture
  3. Lab report showing that THC concentration of product is less than 0.3% THC
