P&G Acquires Merck KGaA’s Consumer Health Business

CDA member Procter & Gamble (P&G) on Friday announced the completion of its acquisition of the consumer health business of Merck KGaA. The purchase provides P&G with a host of new OTC brands across the world’s top markets. For details, view the official release.
