Kraft Heinz to Acquire Primal Kitchen

CDA member Kraft Heinz Co. announced that it has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Primal Nutrition, LLC, a better-for-you brand focused on condiments, sauces and dressings. The deal is worth approximately $200 million. Full Press Release.
