Hearthside Food Solutions to Acquire Greencore USA

Hearthside Food Solutions announced early this week the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire Greencore USA, a manufacturer of a variety of frozen and refrigerated foods, sandwiches and other products for the convenience channel. For more details, see the official release.
