Mondelēz to Acquire Tate’s Bake Shop

CDA member Mondelēz International announced on Monday an agreement to acquire Tate’s Bake Shop, manufacturer of a signature line of thin-and-crispy cookies. The expected closing date is summer of 2018. For the full details, see the official press release.
